E-Z Tours will not issue refunds for trip cancellation or interruption for any reason including sickness, injury, death, medical emergencies, natural disasters, acts of God, acts of terrorism, political unrest or accidents. We strongly suggest that travel insurance is purchased in case of unforeseen circumstances. Please contact the insurance company directly.
